1. remote Office Assistant & Social Media Manager

Are you organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about supporting mothers and families? Calmmamma Doulas is looking for a dedicated Office Assistant & Social Media Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily office tasks, including scheduling, client communication, and record-keeping.
Oversee and create engaging content for our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Assist with marketing initiatives and online presence to grow our community.
Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with social media management and content creation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Passion for maternal and postpartum care is a plus!

Expected Pay: $15-18

2. Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) / Doula

Are you a compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant with a passion for supporting mothers and families? We are seeking skilled CNAs to join our team of doulas. If you’re an experienced Nurse Assistant interested in doula work, we’re willing to provide training.

Responsibilities:

Provide emotional, physical, and informational support to mothers during pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum.
Assist with maternal and newborn care, ensuring a positive and safe experience.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to meet the needs of clients.
Offer continuous support and guidance to families during their transition into parenthood.

Qualifications:

Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification required.
Willingness to undergo doula training if not already certified
Experience in maternal and newborn care is preferred..
Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Expected Pay $13-17
